THE Train.You is a membership platform owned by the company TREINE.VC, which is responsible for its operation, which allows Users to consume and share information in video format. The user will be able to interact with pre-selected content or other content that they may acquire during their use.
To access, use or register an account on Treine.Vc, you must be a natural person at least 13 years of age.
People between the ages of 13 and 18 must be authorized by their parents or guardians to use the platform, and completion of the registration and acceptance of these Terms assumes that such authorization was granted regularly. Treine.Vc will cancel users who are minors, at the request of their parents or guardians, but this will not give rise to any right to compensation or reimbursement for subscription products or services purchased by the user during the term of their registration. By accepting these terms, you declare that you agree with this clause and are aware that, once any violation is verified, your account will be canceled immediately, without prejudice to other measures provided for in these Terms or Treine.Vc Policies.
User agrees to:
Treine.Vc is obliged to use the registration information provided by the user exclusively in the manner and within the limits indicated in the Privacy Policy.
Users are prohibited from assigning, selling, renting or otherwise transferring their registration. Users are also prohibited from maintaining more than one profile per user, or from creating new profiles by users whose original registrations have been cancelled due to violations of the Terms of Use.
The user will be responsible for all acts carried out through the platform, including acts carried out by third parties on their behalf.
The Treine.Vc user agrees to:
(I) Use the application only for permitted purposes, and undertake not to violate any laws, regulations or customs accepted in Brazil.
(II) Use the application with common sense, considering the comments you make and the videos you present;
(III) DO NOT violate the rights of third parties, especially image, voice, honor, privacy, copyright and personality rights;
(IV) DO NOT publish threatening, false or fraudulent content, nor use vulgar language, insults, hate speech, racism, discrimination, homophobia or that may spread intolerance or religious fanaticism;
(V) DO NOT publish videos with scenes of nudity or sexual acts or that contain any type of violence;
(VI) DO NOT publish and disseminate content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or instigates or encourages conduct that is unlawful or inappropriate, including incitement to crimes, violent or otherwise;
(VII) DO NOT violate or attempt to violate any security measures of Treine.Vc, or take advantage of any inconsistency in the system to gain an advantage for yourself or cause harm to Treine.Vc and/or third parties.
Any user who commits any of the acts described above may be punished with a warning, suspension or cancellation of their registration with Treine.Vc, without prejudice to any appropriate legal action being taken.
Treine.Vc, users or any injured third parties may take appropriate legal action as a result of crimes or misdemeanors committed, or even seek compensation for civil damages due to non-compliance with the Terms of Use, without this resulting in any right to compensation on the part of Treine.Vc to the user involved.
Treine.Vc contractors may make exclusive content available to their users in their respective member areas for a one-time or recurring payment.
The user must be aware that when purchasing any product or service to which he/she was redirected through the Treine.Vc platform, he/she must agree and respect all the rules and conditions set forth by that third party.
Treine.Vc has no responsibility for data provided or charges made to end users of its contractors by third parties.
(I) for any damage to any user or third party caused by improper or improper use of the platform, including, but not limited to, moral damages caused by offense to honor, privacy or image and voice;
(II) the veracity of comments or video information included on the platform by users;
(III) for any damage, loss or harm to the user's equipment caused by system, server or internet failures resulting from third party conduct;
(IV) for damages resulting from malware attacks and/or any type of harmful and malicious program code or software to the user's equipment as a result of accessing, using or browsing Treine.Vc or as a result of the transfer of data, files, images, texts or audio;
(V) for damages suffered due to losses resulting from technical difficulties, failures in our systems, including their protection, security, non-interruption, delays and imperfections, as well as problems with the internet;
(VI) for errors in the dissemination of content using the tools contained in and/or related to Treine.Vc, which may make it difficult to access and/or subscribe to certain content;
(VII) content included in Treine.Vc will only remain available for dissemination if it is in accordance with these Terms of Use. Treine.Vc reserves the right to remove any CONTENT that does not comply with its standards and policies, including intellectual property and copywriting that may be from third parties;
(VIII) The services and features made available through Treine.Vc are provided as they are (“as is”), without express or implied warranties, including, among others, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, ownership, non-infringement and protection against computer viruses or other harmful codes;
(IX) We do not guarantee that the information provided by us is accurate, complete or useful;
(X) We are not responsible for controlling how or when our users use our services or the features, services and interfaces provided by those services;
(XI) We are not responsible for and are not obliged to control the actions or information (including content) of our users or third parties that may be disclosed and/or made available on Treine.Vc. Therefore, you, the user, exempt Treine.Vc, its subsidiaries, affiliates and directors, officers, employees, partners and representatives from claims, demands, causes of action, controversies or conflicts and from compensation, known or unknown, related to the use of Treine.Vc and/or the content that may exist in the application.
Treine.Vc reserves the right to remove, at its discretion, but is not obliged to, any content that it considers inappropriate, without the need to notify the user, highlighting, from now on, that Treine.Vc does not perform editorial control of the content posted by users of the application, and is not responsible for the same in any aspect;
Treine.Vc is not responsible for the uninterrupted availability of the platform and the user acknowledges that due to operational issues, the platform is subject to possible interruption problems, technical failure and temporary unavailability of operation, without such operational issues giving rise to any right to compensation at any time, constituting a case of force majeure, excluding liability.
In the event of a request for information about users, Treine.Vc undertakes only and exclusively to provide the information it has and that has been voluntarily provided by the user. Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy clarify all questions in this regard.
The commercial use of the expression Treine.Vc as a brand, company name or domain name, as well as the use of illustrations, layout and all content on Treine.Vc screens, as well as programs, databases, networks and files that allow users to use the tool are for the exclusive use of Treine.Vc and its administrators and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, model and industrial design laws and treaties.
By making any comment or uploading a video to the Treine.Vc platform, the user declares that he/she is the author of the material or that he/she has express authorization from the author to publish such material on the application, respecting all intellectual property rights and those arising from the protection of registered trademarks, as well as all rights relating to third parties that may be, or have been, in any way, available on the portal. Mere access to the application does not grant the user any right to use the names, titles, words, phrases, brands, patents, literary, artistic, literary-musical works, images, among others, that are, or have been, available on it.
Reproduction of the content described above is prohibited, unless prior written authorization is obtained from Treine.Vc.
Treine.Vc respects the intellectual property rights of others and strives to help everyone protect their rights. If Treine.Vc is notified of an intellectual property infringement, it may remove the infringing content.
Treine.Vc also reserves the right to block access to any user who violates the intellectual property rights of third parties or violates other third party rights, as guaranteed by Brazilian legislation and international treaties.

Users acknowledge that the Treine.Vc platform may contain links to other websites on the network, which does not mean that these websites are owned or operated by Treine.Vc.
Treine.Vc is not responsible for the materials, information or content published on third-party websites, nor for the availability of these websites. It is up to the user to use their own judgment, caution and common sense when accessing third-party websites, and should check the applicable privacy policies and terms of use.
Treine.Vc reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice, and the simple use of the application after any change implies agreement with them.
Treine.Vc reserves the right to make changes to the platform's features or functionalities, as well as to suspend or discontinue it at any time, at its sole discretion, committing itself, in the event of discontinuation, to inform the user at least 10 days in advance through a notice on the platform's home page.
These terms of use were created on 05/23/2024 and are governed solely and exclusively by Brazilian laws and international treaties, and any legal action arising from their interpretation or application must be judged by the Brazilian Judiciary.
In the event of a conflict between state or municipal laws, for the interpretation of any doubt or dispute, the legislation of the State of Minas Gerais shall always prevail.
The forum elected for the resolution of any conflicts is the city of Nova Lima, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be. The Terms of Use present the “General Conditions” applicable to the use of Treine.VC, whose administration and exclusive rights of use in Brazil are of TREINE.VC.
